Background
G2G Innovative Solutions (G2GIS) was founded in 2019 on the premise of the lessons learned from 25 years of professional leadership experience. G2GIS works closely with participants to boost their operational efficiency, by its erudition to work smarter, not harder. G2GIS has dismantled the popular metaphorical expression “think outside the box”, because it feels the expression interferes with development. Just get RID of the box, all together … and THINK.
G2GIS has a distinguished set of core competencies to categorize its overall business model: Risk Management, Financial Operations Management, Operational Efficiency, Federal Awards Management, and Policy Research & Development. Although each competency can easily stand alone, it is their overarching connection that uniquely qualifies G2GIS as the thought leader to catapult truly innovative solutions.
The G2GIS target market is 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organizations (NPOs), educational institutions, certified small businesses, and local government; and the State of New Jersey has officially certified G2GIS as a Small Business Enterprise, as well as a Minority & Women-Owned Business Enterprise.

PRINCIPAL, senior consultant
Demetira Taitt
Demetira has more than 25 years of professional work experience, which includes a widespread background in finance, operations, grant/contract management, and human capital. Prior to the start of G2GIS, Demetira principally served in senior leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, managing annual operating budgets of more than $10 million … across an average of 60 active – federal, state, and private foundation – concurrent program projects.
Additionally, Demetira is an expert in private and public policy research, as well as the development of compliance resources, such as federal awards manuals and federal indirect cost rate proposals.
Demetira is a very active volunteer in her community; and she also serves as a Board of Trustees member - as well as subject matter advisor - for local and national nonprofit organizations. She feels strongly that charitable nonprofits personify the best of America, because they provide a way for people to work together for a common good, transforming shared beliefs and hopes into action … thus making the world is a better place, when we collaborate.
